Orders and shipping

Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes another 5–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order? We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package? Items can ship from different warehouses. You'll get a tracking number for each package.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, if you message us through our contact form within 12 hours of ordering and the order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns

What if my item arrives damaged? Message us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Can I return something I don't need? Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Products

Which paw cleaner size should I choose? Choose Small for small and medium dogs and Large for large breeds. If your dog's paw fits comfortably through the opening with room to spare, the size is right.

How do I use the paw cleaner cup? Fill the cup about one-third with lukewarm water, insert one paw, and gently twist the cup back and forth for a few seconds. Pat the paw dry with a towel. Rinse the cup after use.

How do I charge the LED harness? Charge it with the included USB cable. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours and gives 9–15 hours of light, depending on the mode: steady, fast flashing, or slow flashing.

Is the snuffle toy safe to leave with my dog? Always supervise your dog during play, and take the toy away if it gets damaged. The snuffle toy is meant for sniffing and enrichment, not as a chew toy.

Can I clean the pet hair remover roller? Yes. Open the roller and empty the collection chamber after use. It's reusable, so there are no sticky sheets to replace.
